Just a little black book. Wright down what we see every day or that week with the dates. Its fun to read back and see when the toads were singing or when the heron shows up for the first time in the spring.

I know nothing of a program. Could be made up quite easy but I am not sure if pond management is a 100% by the numbers thing.
