They have moved our chances of rain to 100% for Tuesday night thru Wednesday but none of their crystal balls are predicting quantity yet. Pros and cons for big rain and soft gentle rain for me. A nice .5 to 1 gentle rain will help get the grass seed going but do nothing to fill the pond. A big gully washer will probably wash out part of the seed but could bring the pond up a good bit to start winter. Win I lose. Lose I win. Worse case scenario is not enough to help either one!


Got 0.8+ inches last night so, hopefully, this will jump start the grass seed and get it going before it's time for it to go dormant for the winter.
