So I typically cull every BG in my 1/4 acre pond that I can't 100% ID as male regardless of size. The pond is only effectively 2 years old so this is the biggest non male (about 90% sure it's female) to date. And it's the first one I put back. This photo isn't the best angle, but she's starting to get a little bit of helmet head.
