Hey Tbar we are city water yes. But have a sewer also. So at least we don't need a well for our water.
Thanks guys it's been a long road for us. We are getting closer. Course we only work on her a few months out of the year, but with that said I only have about a 8 thousand dollar debt right now too. I figure when were all done land and all it will be triple what I paid for it all and paid for!! I like paid for!!
