A sample of what we gathered this weekend.  Left to right: Juglans Nigra (Black Walnut).... Juglans Regia (English, or Carpathian Walnut).... Juglans Cinerea (White Walnut, or Butternut)

If we accept that: MBG(+)FGSF(=)HBG(F1)
And we surmise that: BG(>)HBG(F1) while GSF(<)HBG(F1)
Would it hold true that: HBG(F1)(+)AM500(x)q.d.(=)1.5lbGRWT?

I've got a ton of Black Walnut trees and lots of walnuts this fall, but have had no success in Carpathians. Have never seen a butternut tree, at least one I recognized.

I toyed with the idea of planting some English walnuts a couple years ago. IIRC I couldn't find any Zone 4 hardy.
