The crayfish should establish some sort of population among the new riprap shoreline because there is a current crayfish population in the lake. How much of a population will depend on food source and amount of predation. Before adding the crayfish I would allow algae/periphyton to grow on the riprap so there is a food source for the crayfish when they are stocked.
