Gary,
I have no way of actually knowing but it seems to me that in three years time that your pond should be full of bass by now. I believe if I were you I would follow Flatlander's advice and stock a couple hundred Largemouths.
I have had good results fishing in ponds with 4" tubes, black with red specks is a good color. You might want to try that.
