One other important question. Did your plans include an additional bed room for visiting PBF members?
That place looks too nice to keep it all to yourself.
That being said, when we remodeled out 1960's era house, we took it from a 4 bedroom to a 2 bedroom............. no need to encourage adult children that might get into difficulties to move back in............... just saying.
