PM = Private Message that can be sent to a fellow PBoss member by clicking on his or her name and choosing the appropriate item in the drop down box. When you have received a private message a little envelope flashes in the PBoss tool bar near "MyStuff" located at the top of each screen. Click on the envelope to read your private messages.
