Does anyone know who the authority is when it comes to hybrid stripe bass. Here's is what I would like to know. I have heard that because Hybrids are sterile they will try to spawn with yellow bass/sand bass thus decreasing the number of yellow bass/sand bass in a lake- a really good thing. I know this is done with other animal/insect species to help control an unwanted species. Answers?
