I would wonder how you know you only lost 25. I say this because...when I picked up 7 lbs of FHM locally, they put very little water in with them. I think floating them made my losses worse, due to the higher water temp at the surface. It was two bags, one fuller than the other. I think i lost about a quarter of that bag. Came out two hours later and all the dead were gone (probably birds).
