Yellow perch...Fillets are $14/lb+ at you local grocery store if they have them and you want to "eat before you buy!" If you do, multiply by 2 for fresh fillets. Crappie will definitely do in a pinch and I do love my catfish. Bluegill are also fine eating...Ah heck, they're all good!
