Spice, I am not saying management CAN'T be done....it would just be exceptionally hard to get owners to agree on a plan. If you have 200 voices involved on the lake, you will have 200 separate visions of what it should be.
Large LMB should not be "easily caught"...nor should small or medium ones. 1-2 per hour is pretty good, from a nice sized management perspective....but certainly not from an impatient fisherman's perspective.
Changing the dynamics of a lake in terms of sizes and species balance can take years of dedicated work, on ALL involved. Rarely is anything done that will show quick results. Also, any reproducing species added is probably never coming out...and some non-reproducing fish, like grass carp, may live for decades
