I don't have pictures, but I created a 3' wide metal wedge using 1/4" plate steel and 3/4" expanded metal as a sizing screen. I'd drag the wedge through silt using my barge and lines tied on each side of the front of the wedge. The back of the wedge was a collector with the 3" water intake attached, which sucked out eroded sediment, dumping it on the backside of a pond. removed a LOT of material in short order, but it was freshly placed from uncovered, eroded pond sides.
I left it at the client's place since he'd paid for me to build it.
