Hi: I cleaned some BG/LMB out of my pond today and one fish had little pen size dots in the meat after I cleaned it. Any Idea what this could be?

Sounds like black spot disease and is caused by a fish fluke. Fish flukes are pretty common and will not infect humans. I believe it has been discussed here before.

Probably not. As I said, they pose no risk to humans. Also, I think the infestation would have to be very severe to significantly affect your fish.
The life cycle of these parasites is pretty complex and generally involves a bird (King fisher?),a snail and a fish. This makes controlling them somewhat difficult but stocking snail eating fish may help.
