Gizmo... go to this thread: Const costs thread, pg 3 and go down about 1/2 of the page to one of my windy posts about the WHIP program. All this stuff can be accessed thru your county NRCS div of USDA. There are a number of different ecology minded programs available that are government sponsered and supported.
