Thanks Bruce, I am sorry your living the CR** everyday. I hate that there are people like that out in the world. But hey thats life. You learn to live with it or go crazy trying to change something you have little control over.
DIED, Yes I do have mature trees on two sides of the pond up to about 2 ft away from the edge. I am thinking more and more that htis may be the major problem.
As for the neighbor, I would like to think I am a more gentle man, but truth is if I could put bear traps out or bermise tiger traps or pits filled with rattle snakes (and I hate snakes) I would put it along my property line and hope he or his yappy little pup fell in. A
All I can say is thank god for my wife. She has put things in perspective and has given the support to move past this. As much as she didn't want the pond at first and did't understand my obsession with it, she told me to reroute the water from the yard and put underground pipes from the house to fill the pond so that I wouldn't have to deal with the crazy man next door.
