Corkman, Pat has offered one way and so I will over another way or how I add lime when needed. I use my front end loader and scoop up some agg lime and place it where I get run off from rains to the pond. I also add a scoop several places around the ponds steeper banks and when it rains it runs into the pond. I also add at the shore line and let the wind/waves mix it in and the last way I add it is adding a scoop where my well water comes into the pond. it has taken me around 5 tons to keep and maintain a 7.5 ph inn a 3.5 acre pond in E Texas.
