Earlier last month Pat W. invited my wife and I over for coffee while on our way to Dallas. Pat has a beautiful place up in the woods east of Buffalo in Oakwood, TX. Pat's 5 acre pond is almost full and the water looked great. Pat, thanks for taking the time to show us around your place. Can't wait to see it when you are done with the house.
