I have seen the videos too, and it looks like fun. I have a shallow pond with some big cats in it and have considered hijacking my son's boat to slow troll a chicken liver. One thing I'd recommend is using a clothes pin to clip the line and attach it to the boat somehow. Unless you have a big RC boat with some serious pulling power, a big fish could swamp the boat easily I think. If you leave the bale open on the reel and have the line lightly clipped to the boat, once a fish gets on it will pull the line free and you just fight it like you normally would.
