Pond Boss Forums STOCKING A NEW POND Types of fish to choose F1 bass in a 700 lake to increase bass size?

TWRA started stocking Fla Bass in Lake Chickamauga 10 years ago. While the size of the bass here have went through the roof, Catch rate has fallen every year. Six years ago the lake was a numbers lake. You could go out and catch lots of 12-14inch largmouth. Now you will fish all day for 10 bites. But your best 5 could also go 30lbs. It def is a trade off, but most here are happy with them. They are stocking more this year in two other nearby lakes.
