Here's a great link to bookmark for weather up here in our neck of the woods:

Click on your county for a weather report for your property. After doing that you can scroll down to forecast discussion for more detailed info. Also clicking on weather story when you first get to the site will give you projected snow totals and a synopsis of weather for the next few days.
