"Not enough to acutely kill them" That's a classic.
Maybe for PBF discussions we need to delineate different degrees of being dead. We could come up with a whole new series of acronyms for it.
For example:
acutely dead = AD
damn near dead = DND
wish they were dead = WTWD
etc.
