Nice project. I like your "natural" approach to it. Better go find a new tree, bend and pin it down horizontally for a spare handrail in the years to come  . Does the water ever get higher than that? Is this a new pond? Looks like you have a steep bank around a lot of area, how do you keep that free of trees, etc.?

Looks amazing! I really love the use of the old tree for railing and as was mentioned, the natural look! Great job and pics!

Very nice. I really like the addition of the chair. As I approach age 70, I am appreciating the value of chairs more and more.

I'm probably going to put golf cleats on and weed eat the steeper parts.

Tell us a little about that piece of equipment that you used... I used my 4 year old JD 3320 tractor with a 485 back hoe and set of Artillian forks.
