Probably handling of adult CNBG from one lake to mine. That was this spring before the first spawn. They were in poor shape this late summer, before I installed the feeder they have fattened up some but some still have those red sores. The small<than 1 # that I got from Todd Overton look great but they are only 4-5" now so I was thinking the stress from being moved and prob. Spawning caused this issue. Thanks Cecil for the answer back.
