Ken, do you have fish in the pond? If so did they survive? I wonder what killed the algae. From what I understand the alum will kill the algae but only if you let the PH go wild. When you say you mix the alum and HDL together, you mean like in the same barrel. I would think that would neutralize the alum or something.
