But where do we then draw the line? Certainly our fathers played a part also. As did the medical personnel who assisted with our delivery. And we shouldn't forget the manufacturing sector....those folks who built the elevators, wheelchairs, hospital beds, etc.

Nah. It's much simpler to acknowledge the person celebrating the birthday, not the multitude that made it possible.
