Well the painter couldn't get the job done right so they had to get another crew to finish it. The first painter used cheap paint so you could see ever touch up. The new painter is repainting the entire house from top to bottom. It seems that the old project manager keeps coming back to mess us up even though he was run off months ago. Maybe next week we can move in.

Looking good. I didn't think they would ever get thru with my place but it only took about 8 months so it wasn't too bad. I'll bet you're ready. Don't worry though, there will still be plenty to do.

It's true hard work never killed anybody, but I figure, why take the chance?

Well its finally finished and they got the paint right. I got the pad all cleaned up and got all the erosion trenches filled in. We planted grass seed and started putting the erosion mats down. I still have some more mats to put down but should have it all planted and done by the end of this weekend.

Looking good, but something caught my eye. Just above and right of the two white pipes coming out of your house looks like your siding has some warping, might just be my eyes.

Good eye!

Also take a look at the 9th course up and about 3' to the left of those pipes. Jim, if you hadn't said anything, I wouldn't have taken a closer look.

After zooming in you can see the problem. It appears the warping is following the seams all the way to the upper right hand corner of the house, same as the warping you noticed. Could be a problem later on down the road.
