I didn`t catch any,but they were only a foot from shore, and didn`t move for a long time. They could not be anything else, but they were thick compared to the few LMB that were spawned they were about 2" max.
Do you think they may have spawned later this year due to cold, and ice, and my spring? Pond still had ice in April. In the past on 90 degee day in August (hot summer) had 52 degree water temp at 17'. Water felt cold on the surface this weekend. My FHM 4", and GS 5-6" are very big so can`t understand why they would be stunted. The YP I saw a few weeks ago were around 2".
