That's getting right close to appetizer stage
Mine seem to be decreasing in numbers, I think due to the GBH that is still there every morning, and again when I get home from work (which of course I "chase" off).
I am going to order a "Flambeau Great Blue Heron decoy" and see if it works. I am going to move it to a different spot on the pond every few days, supposedly this makes it a more effective deterrent.
Did you end up getting one?
