I fish this pond 12 months a year and was ice fishing in -15 degrees in my ice hut next to these trees to stay out of the wind this winter. I know I'm going to lose the trees and my wind break, I just want to make sure I don't get hosed on what they pay me. I was hoping someone on here was an Arborist or a landscaper with eminent domain experience that could help me out with a value?
