In the last pic or 2 on this side only we decided to keep the seam together. We were not sure if we were gonna like that or not but it kinda worked out in a funny way. That seam is right where the kitchen stops and the dinning room starts so it kinda worked out and acts as a seperator between the 2 areas. Plus it saved us on a bit of wood we would have wasted to try to stagger it and that wood is waaaaaay to expensive to waste!!
