Aaron gave you some good info. Usually you have to pay someone like him to give you such a thorough response. Like he said you alkalinity is quite low and if it was my pond I would add lime too.

Addtionally harder water is better for fish and fish grow the fastest in harder water all things being equal.

If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.
