Your water is probably quite clear with a low phytoplankton community and likely due to the low nitrate to phosphorus ratio of 1.6:1. Some FA once established become nutrient hogs, absorbing nutrients leaching from the sediments and reducing the overall nutrients to become dominant 'players' thus they strongly compete with the phytoplankton resulting in clear water. You have clear water and how deep can you see a white coffee cup in the water?
