Well, thanks for all the good advice guys. Maybe I will go with just one cow LOL... I'm only trying to put my own grass fed beef in the freezer for my small family. I have read alot about it and read alot of the same things you guys are saying... I will definately just start out with one and see how it works for a couple of years.
