Hi everyone,
I will be starting my pond project soon and I am kicking around all sorts of ideas. I was wondering if someone could provide input as to if I should line the banks of my pond with large boulders to prevent erosion or should I slope the sides...
1 acre pond by the way.
My last pond had sloped sides and it was a pain in the butt to keep up the grass near the ponds edge.
Also, does anyone know if having a stocked fish pond and a portion of it setup like a sand bar for recreational swimming and family fun? Would the fish population still be productive ?
