Well, you know, Texans are good at this kind of thing. I love barbequed Pork Rinds. Last time I was in Houston, I was buying some beer, and I saw the familiar, joyous packaging of bbq Pork Rinds. To my surprise, this somewhat smaller bag was called "Pork Cracklins." This was a bag of all the smaller pieces of Pork Rind!!!

Way to use the leftovers!!

For Cracklins, you need to exit Texas and go a tad more East. They are way more efficient at making the leftovers work wink
