If the alkalinity was low (below 20) I'd wait a few weeks to see if you have enough NPK in there now. Low alkalinity is a limiting factor in how well fertilizer works. If it was over 20, I'd wait a week, give or take. BUT, I'd go easy with the first application, maybe 1/3 or 1/2 the total amount recommended.
