If you don't get satisfaction and it's blatant incompetence or they just don't care, don't feel hesitant to post their name on the website. We don't want anyone else to get ripped off either. I've reported a bad dealing with a fish farm and so have others.

If they run a business like this they deserve to get bad feedback.
