silly me, i posted on the previsous page (5) back in june....and thanks ML and others who answered my questions.....still chuckling at the drought mitigation center.......? what kind of job descriptions you imagine they have? do they just follow and map droughts, do they seed rain clouds, do they build new pipelines in from the CO river, drill water wells, or is it a $$ agency to supplement farmers with dry ponds, failed crops and dead livestock?? just curious how my tax money is spent on that one.
