There was someone in India that was experimenting with salt crystals that were ground to microns and were carried up on small rockets with an explosive payload to spread the crystals. Maybe if your a pilot we could take a plane up with a shotgun and some rock salt! It would be during a thunderstorm. Hope you are a good pilot!
