Sure hope you don't run into issues like the Curtis Creek Trout Rearing Station in Howe does in the summer when the irrigators are going full steam. They have issues pumping enough water. This could effect your pond level.
Unfortunately, it does affect the pond level already. When the center pivots are running that are within 3/4 mile of my pond, I'll see a 1" drop in pond level per day until the pond reaches about 6' below full pool if I don't run the well into the pond. The aquifier underground is huge, but my pond isn't dug THAT deep.

If I had my druthers, I'd have waited a few years and put more $$ into the bank to line the pond with clay when I renovated it. I guess hindsight is 20/20.
