Ok, just for anyone else out there that may need to be smacked in the face before figuring out why things happen sometimes... my pond is runoff fed however I have a small pool where the water gathers before running down a culvert pipe to the pond. This way the sediment drops to the bottom and just water comes in. Well that is stilla block of ice as well as the culvert pipe! So there is currently no water coming in, hence the pond being low...
