I think you're referring to the nixing of trout or eggs from west of the continental divide by the INDNR. However they got eggs from Trout Lodge which on the surface seemed to be a do as I say and not what I do thing. IBut they are now allowing eggs from a Utah supplier.
The conference went great. Good conference and we have a new president, vice president, and couple of board members. I'm free!
