There seems to justifiable "reasons" for everything the political elitists do. When I was a kid in south Alabama, there was actually a lady running for county commissioner with the campaign pledge that "if I win, the first thing I'll do is pave my dirt road. If there's any money left, I'll pave yours." She won handily.
