MSC, first get a tape measure/ruler. Then get an accurate scale that will weigh to the 0.1 of a pound. Then download the relative weight chart from the archives.

Catch, weigh, measure and consult the chart. Remove any LMB less than 90% relative weight. If many LMB are under WR (RW) start with removing 120 pounds of LMB as soon as you can this year.
