You're sounding like a politician! Touchy subject. Maybe. Hopefully us moderators were carefully chosen, one at a time, for our fairness, thoughtfullness, long-term wisdom, and thick skins. None of us want to shoot our foot doing a quick-draw for a poorly planned long-term change that can jeapordize what has been very successful and popular. All of us are volunteers who do this because we value the shared knowledge posted on this site. Ken

Very well put Ken. This forum is moderator driven by a group of guys who put in far more hours than most of us know, or even need to know.
Keep doing what you guys do better than any other forum mods. It is appreciated.

What's wrong with keeping it the same as it has been? Fishing 2014 as new! Everyone get's into this, should they post, and it's fun to read! It's equal to everyone! If you want to get serious about your rig and set up, then by all means do so!!! All your techniques and such, then fill the pages with all this info as someone who needs nothing in return, just that you contributed your experience and knowledge!!! Easy  JKB, I agree that the annual Fishin' series has been very popular over the years and look forward to it being continued. It is a diverse and fun topic showing Nate's offshore monster fish, Dwight's trophy northerns and all kind of fish from all over - in fact I think I started this thing way back when? Fun thread and the Pond Fly Fishing topic will be just as popular - it will just pertain to private pond fish. Very best wishes, George
