I used Sonar or should I say I had pond management person apply Sonar to my pond. It had watermeal and duckweed very bad. I had 2 applications applied. I think he used 11 ozs. each application but it may have been 11oz then 9oz. it works very well, but you still have to try and get a handle on the underlying problems pictures before and after
