I would respectfully disagree as well. I remember being in grade or maybe middle school when the change was supposed to be happening. We were taught both. IMO metric is by far more consistent, easier to learn and use. I am kind of surprised that we never made it over the hump.
I'm not surprised at all. But I won't go there due to the fact we'd be going somewhere we shouldn't.
