A disc works great on my farm(sandy soil) but at my home which is 53 miles from there a disc will bounce you to death. I use a rototiller here. WIH land looks a lot like my farm so I suspect this is the best tool for his land. The tines on a rototiller will wear out quickly on a large, sandy tract like WIH owns.
